Lots of exciting stuff is happening in Open Stack for 2016! Bare-metal provisioning with Ironic, support for application containers with Magnum, cloud orchestration with Heat.

One thing I would like to see is support for cloud infrastructure templates in the Horizon user interface, so that one can chose from a catalog of pre-created templates and have that setup and orchestrated automatically by Open Stack.

Example: I want orchestrate an infrastructure of 2x Postgres DB's servers of flavour X of image Y, 4x NGIX web servers of flavour X and image Y and 1x Apache reverse proxy of flavour X from image Y. Then the Open Stack can automatically setup these seven VM's and networking from my template for me and distribute the VM's among the available Nova host nodes.
