  • The VISTA Expo & Symposium is an annual conference in support of VISTA, the premiere open-source EHR (electronic healthcare record) system, for adopters, end-users, executives, vendors, developers, and students. Conference dates for 2013 are Oct. 22-25.

This year's Expo features exciting programming, including Phil Simon, presenting on "The Age of the Platform", and Steve Art, CIO of Lutheran Medical, on the Lutheran VISTA success story. Don't miss out on this opportunity for in-depth sessions with key VISTA stakeholders, demonstrations of new open-source contributions to VISTA, and this year's Underground Railroad banquet.

During the associated pre-conference VISTA Expo Academy, held Oct. 18-21, classes are available in a variety of VISTA and VISTA-related topics, including Linux system administration, web development with EWD, and GT.M administration. Continuing education credits (CEUs) are available.
