The Maricopa project is very interesting. I wasn't aware of it until you shared a link. I look forward to a future that includes more open materials for higher ed. One of my kids took a class that used an open source textbook. The textbook is updated every year and was a real cost-saver for our family. We paid only for the on-demand printing of the giant textbook (only $13).
