I am a Blackboard user, also a happy open-source software user. I didn't know about Moodle until reading this and I wonder to know if there is some way to integrate Openoffice, Libreoffice or even Google Docs with blackboard.
i had never figure out that the open philosophy can be the core of an education program. Good for the community way in education, bussiness, life, goverment, etc.
