Career wise he spent much of his early years managing and building datacenters as a sysadmin, before ending up working for Red Hat as a Principal Quailty Engineer for the CloudForms product. I'm glad you found a trait you can identify with! Yes sometimes being polar opposites with someone at the other end can be completely frustrating. In the end knowing how to handle the comments often comes with being able to see the other persons PoV. Thanks for the comment ;)
