Rodrigo is a civic technologist and researcher who designs, builds and analyzes tools to help communities and governments collaborate for social good. He published the first study of the use of crowdfunding for civic projects while completing a master's degree at MIT, and will continue to study the social impact of crowd-based technologies as a doctoral student at Stanford in Fall 2014.
