Indeed we need to share our ideas and help each other grow and improve the way we build software.

I wrote a longer general response here: https://opensource.com/business/15/11/open-development-method#comment-8… and indeed the problem of specialization in a world where Microservices, IoT, Mobile & Multi-screen devices is even more amplified!

I have indeed been reading about GROWS as I've been following Andy Hunt (one of the 17 founders/authors of the The Agile Manifesto) and his story and reasoning for starting GROWS (http://blog.toolshed.com/2015/05/the-failure-of-agile.html)

I plan to contact Andy to get more feedback from him to where it is heading and what (if any) lessons can be shared across!
