Counter-thought on documentation. Is documentation the problem, or the complexity of products with 20 or so command line flags, 5 of which inter-op?
Very interesting use of SSH to overcome heavy-handed bans by ISP's. What I suppose I'm a little confused over is how ISP's get blacklisted when you send via an SMTP server. Or is it that when allowed to connect to SMTP server over port 25 you can also setup on-box SMTP server to send the message?
