My primary interest is in tribal leadership, team behaviours and developing corporate culture. I focus on establishing culture, practices and IT as the strategic enablers for firms to deliver their services and improve satisfaction, both within the workplace and the customer base.
I've got 20 years in the game having worked across development, testing, business process re-engineering, line management, DevOps, strategy, pre-sales and delivery of transformational change that sticks.
I'm a husband, father of two boys, and can often be found running and swimming my way around mountain landscapes.
