'Sharing the Open Source Way brings Color to your Life'

Thanks for sharing your experience at CLS '13, I find this a very interesting topic, community management.

I also fully agree that the open source way and open source community management is an example to other communities/organisations.

As I shared before, I also think local governments actively applying civic participation can learn from open source community management. Although they tend to have someone from PR or Communication dealing with this participation, I think they can benefit a lot from actually getting a community manager in place. Or get educated in the field of community management.
