I am a late-diagnosed autistic person and I co-chair Red Hat's neurodiversity employee resource group.

Thank you, Robin - I really appreciate your comment. I find over and over the power of communication. And also the need to never forget the importance of it - it is amazing how often it is overlooked.
Thanks Greg. Indeed, it is a funny metaphor. When I first heard it, it didn't quite resonate. But, picturing a giant moose in the middle of a conference table where everybody is ignoring it as if it isn't there has helped me over the years to make sure we're addressing the real issues on people's minds.
