When I studied PHP in university, it was apparent that it is extremely easy to write a brute forcing program in less than 10 lines, including { }. I wrote it in less than 3 hours of studying PHP.
I use sublime for all my programming, l love how it fully supports every language I know. Unfortunately it is not FOSS which is why it isn't on the list. All those editors are GPL or MIT licensed.
