Ana has spent over the last three years working at Bitergia, helping OSPOs and InnerSource initiatives in their metric's journey. Last year she finished her MSc studies in Data Science.

Ana is really interested in open source advocacy and community metrics, which motivated her to participate in several communities such as CHAOSS (Community Health Analytics Open Source Software), ISC (InnerSource Commons), or DevRel Spain. She has been a speaker at some international conferences such as DevRelCon Tokyo, OpenInfraDays, DevRelCon London, ISC Summit, or OSSummit NA.

While she isn't glued to a computer, Ana usually spends her time, illustrating, boxing, and doing yoga.
