People in the United States need to understand that we're moving into a new stage of social evolution. We've passed from primary, to secondary, to tertiary phases of social standing and we're moving into a new realm right now. To move into this next stage we need to understand that the college degree is the new high school diploma. We need to fun the 4-year college degree as they do in Spain. Maybe make the standards harder a bit, make people get good grades in high school like they do with the Hope Scholarship in Georgia, but people should have debt-free access to a 4-year college education because that's where we are in the world.
Face it people, we're not going to move back into a post-industrial manufacturing company again. It's going to be get a high-paying job which you need a degree for, or plan on joining the military and getting sprayed in the face with a can of <a href="http://oleoresin-capsicum.com/">oleoresin capsicum</a> in basic training, or just settle and work at McDonald's for the rest of your life. Education is key.
