Practical guide for avoiding burnout and living a happier life

Great article, Jono. I couldn't agree more that self-diagnosis of burnout almost always happens in retrospect. It's so easy to say "oh, I'm only cranky because of $x", particularly because sometimes you really are only cranky because of $x.
