Bob is a JBoss Fellow (a part of Red Hat). He leads the TorqueBox project for JBoss, building an open-source Ruby application-server on top of JBoss AS.
Previous to working for Red Hat, Bob was involved with the founding of The Codehaus open-source community, and is one of the creators of the Drools business-rule engine.
He often works from his front-porch in a farmtown with 5 traffic lights.
