AngadArora: I also tried some of these open task lists, but at the time they were each missing things I found useful, like recurring tasks based on completion date, or a decent mobile version, etc. I need to revisit them again as some weren't on my radar them and others have improved quick a bit.

The big thing that's missing from every task manager I've ever looked at is subtasks that automatically become primary tasks on the "today" or "next actions" task list when they are up. The ONLY one I've found that does that is GTDNext. It's fantastics and I would like to move to that app, but haven't found the time or motivation yet. I also worry they don't have critical mass to survive and there is a significant learning curve that may be a barrier to wider adoption.

Just a note that many states require the Federal forms to be completed first because the states need data from those forms. Like adjusted gross income.
