Erin Bank has 20 years of experience in engineering program management, product management, and technical communications in North America and abroad. Erin is currently an Advisor of Engineering Program Management for the CA Technologies Office of the CTO, where she built and currently drives the Inner Source program for product development. Erin also provides program management for CA Accelerator, CA’s hybrid Angel-VC incubator employing lean startup and agile principles to create new products. She is a contributing member of InnerSource Commons and an elected member of the CA Council for Technical Excellence. Erin also has Lean Six Sigma and Pragmatic certification.
