flavio, also known as qazav_szaszak, started using linux for serious in 2005. he worked for the brazilian ministry of culture as multimedia researcher for a couple of years and then decided to follow his own path as a freelancer. he is the translator to portuguese of many of the original free software documentation that relates to video production and author of one or two papers that try to simplify the video workflow under linux.
