I was about to say the same thing. Apache more or less back-burnered OOo some time ago, and I swear there was a time when trying to download it would lead you to LibreOffice. Looks like Apache is still doing bugfixes and security fixes, but it doesn't seem like it's under active development or getting new features likeLibreOffice is.
