Copy/Paste works fine, of course, but doesn't have many of the advantages mentioned in the article. As I said, it will likely boost your productivity more than you'd initially anticipate. If you've never tried one, I recommend at least giving it a shot.

I'm not a KDE users, but https://userbase.kde.org/Klipper seems to indicate it can interact with both the clipboard contents (Ctrl-C) and selection (optionally syncing them).
