from my experience in building courses for online higher ed...I've found that students are willing to suggest changes to course construction or assignments. So allowing or building venues for students to make those suggestions or to make those changes themselves is something we've been playing with. kudos for publishing your pricing. That definitely makes your product "easier to buy". I can't tell you how many times I've been evaluating products and have nixed those that didn't publish their price, or worse yet, didn't publish it and then put a lead followup form but then never followed up!
