I've added support for reading DSF and DSD in Strawberry.
But you need gst-libav 1.15.1, currently a development version only, and it also depends on using the taglib provided with strawberry (or that the distro has a taglib from git) since there isn't a release that supports it yet.
Not sure why you gave Strawberry 0 on bitrate, since it shows the bitrate both in the playlist and in the context. It shows the average bitrate on streams with VBR.
