This is an extensive process. In many cases, it means establishing the right balance between a focus on the business and a focus on people. It involves transparency, inclusivity, agility, communities, and limitless collaboration. A work environment that encourages the collaborative utilisation of each person’s combined skillset and in which contributions are intrinsically motivated is something I would wish for everyone. And that takes leadership to make the sustainable difference.
