Kirsten Larsen comes from a background in state government sustainability, climate and food policy, including food policies at state and local government levels. With the Victorian Eco-Innovation Lab at the University of Melbourne, Kirsten turned to systemic analysis of food systems, with a focus on technical and social innovations that can trigger transformation. She is on the board of The Open Food Foundation.
