Awesome article! I really liked how she explained how you can't change a culture with a credit card. Meaning that you can't just buy a tool and expect to change the culture entirely to DevOps right away. The tools are only there to allow organization to collaborate better, automate and continuously deliver. DevOps is a methodology and a mindset of automation, collaboration, people and process.
