Two years later, citizens from Portugal (a EU member state...) are still not eligible for the Opensource.com giveaways. Is there any chance this will change in the future?
5 months after my previous comment, nothing has changed in terms of access to the giveaways. For a worldwide site on openness, it is pretty odd that many countries are discriminated. Has Red Hat taken any action to fix this?
