Great interview, I like the phrase 'community powered innovation'. This is exactly what eZ Systems has been doing for over 10 years, which I wrote about in my first article posted on this site (Building a scalable open source business model in the 90s).

Keeping a balance between company and community, what Jen is mentioning, is a continues challenge between eZ Systems and it's community.
