After I wrote this article, collaboration is on the move. "GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy Announces New Reactor Technology Collaboration in Estonia". Once put into operation, Estonia should be energy independent. The design is cost competitive with gas and renewables. It is the ideal solution for Estonia’s carbon-free energy.
Thanks. Yes, nuclear energy is only part of the solution. Solar, wind, hydro energy generation are important too. My issue here is the need to us open organization concepts to address these issues.
