Jackie, this is a great article with an important message.
I'm just now learning that concept of developing ecosystems around me. Here in Japan, the Japanese are extremely good at that, but up until now, I haven't picked up on it much. Since April of this year, I've been spending only two day/week in the office. This has allowed me to open up ecosystems in my local area on the one hand and internet ecosystems globally like working on OPEN ORGANIZATION activities. Great points you make. Thank you.
