Excellent idea here. Glad to see education opening up.
Two parts of this post I really loved:
"accelerating creative destruction" - such a short phrase yet encompasses so much of what we need to consider going forward.
Opening up of organization transformation itself. As you say, this is not the end summary or recipe to an open organization, but an iterative approach to developing, adapting, and morphing of ideas as needed to address current needs.
