You gotta love it when technology is put to good use. Like hurtling functionally useless vehicles down a track that was build by gouging large swaths of the earth out and replacing it with pavement. I can't say that I really think that the good outweighs the bad in this one. But that's just me. Maybe I'm cynical. Or maybe I'm just pissed that they just erected the monstrosity that is Mission Viejo LA Fitness in my back yard. Either way, I'm glad that open source technology is finding it's way into more niches...but not all niches are noble.
