Well, the author did say he had 60 'casts that he subscribed to, so I'm guessing he had to make several tough calls as what to include.
But now that you mention it, a great resource for good Linux podcasts is maintained by Dann from TLLTS: http://www.thelinuxlink.net/
It's my go-to reference for new shows.
