KDE connect is available for IOS in testflight. However, is bluetooth not a whole lot simpler? Then there is adb [push|pull]. Moreover, not sure about IOS but there is an Android app that runs a web server from which you can upload or download files (which is good for neg-tech types).

Exploring my own imbecility. Obviously adb is not for IOS.
