keybase.io now has a team collaboration mechanism. I'm still toying with it, but they have a unique and very interesting approach. Though ultimately open source, I don't think you can self-serve just yet. So how "open" it is may be limited. Otherwise, I think Riot (Matrix) has the leg up right now.
