Stephen, this is an amazing article, with very good slides to illustrate what you mean. I would like that every people working at an "open source company" could read and apply what you explain here. This is also a very good base for an "open source go-to-market" strategy, and I would love to read you on that topic !!!

I will talk at Eclipse Con Europe about building communities around open source projects, can I please quote your article in my presentation as a reference ?
