I've been programming since my teen years and made it my profession first by getting Masters in Computer Science (and Electrical Engineering, which comes in handy when I need to change a light bulb), and then working for a number of companies, including as a Senior Software Engineer for over 10 years at Oracle's core engineering group. Other than enjoying life, I've found writing Open Source software to be fun. I've learned a lot making Vely and I hope you enjoy it and find it useful.
