why is it open to limited countries ? your definition of opensource on https://opensource.com/resources/what-open-source has no indication of countries, opensource is for everybody. if you were microsoft or other commercial company giving away something for free, I would understand but you are not only a non commercial organization but also you always mention freedom, ethics, equaltiy, sharing of knowledge etc. in your articles. I am dissapointed by your attitude.

Hi Umit,
Because laws regarding sweepstakes and giveaways vary from country to country, we're only able to offer prizes to residents of countries whose sweepstakes rules have been reviewed and cleared by our legal team. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to include more countries in the future.
