Hey Jason, really great article. I am engaged in a new project where we also mentioned the 30-60-90, but did not implement yet. Being open to measuring what you do as community manager is a good foundation to report to the project you work for. Even though it is hard to put into numbers the 30-60-90 is a good foundation to stay communicating. Are there any resources you could recommend on dealing with/implementing 30-60-90?
