Adding lower thirds in Kdenlive

Thanks for posting this Seth. I'm a complete n00b when it comes to working with video editing - it's something that I end up needing to do every couple of years, and I end up relearning every time. I've been wanting to figure out lower thirds (that don't look terrible) for a while, but yet to find a good example in any FOSS editor I have access to. This will be a big help!
