Thanks so much for your feedback! I know how you feel about wanting to be adopted by Gen Z - me too! Their scope of ideas resonates deeply with me on a personal level. When thinking about "tours of duty", I've been also thinking on how as a consultant and advisor I can help orgs get to creating a new framework for this as well. Perhaps this requires an open discussion on GitHub :)
It is doable, I believe, to create pathways that would allow for problem solving projects, or clients even, to rotate to keep it fresh. It would also allow for more inclusivity and collaboration to occur. Let's perhaps start to solve this one collectively, yes?
