The most important question to me is: How do they handle crossing lines? Do the just cross or do they do a little jump over (like Visio)? It's crucial for the drawings I make and the only reason I'm still stuck with Visio.
There's a difference between implementing "Agile" and being agile. If you find energy wasted on maintaining a process I dare to say you are doing it wrong. Go back to the basics and stop implementing a boxed solution.
