Jonas is a dad, husband, tinkerer, thinker, traveler, and executive director for the Free Software Foundation Europe. He's passionate about the future and bringing people together, from all fields of free and open. He's a Shuttleworth Foundation Alumni and founder of Elog.io, Commons Machinery, Morus konsult AB, and a bunch of other projects and initiatives.

In the past, he's been the Regional Coordinator for Creative Commons in Europe, worked as a lecturer in Software Engineering at the University of Gothenburg, project manager for the University West, chief webmaster for the GNU Project, and co-founded the Free Software Foundation Europe.

When he needs to avoid computers and technology, he's building and renovating playhouses, houses and the family's summer getaway: a 19th century log house in northern Sweden with a 100 acre plot of land to boot....
