Justin is a Data Scientist at PagerDuty, where he enjoys gleaning insights from the orchestrated human response to digital signals flowing through operations infrastructure. He joined the company to help start Event Management, and from there he conceived and transitioned to product the Infrastructure Health as part of the Operations Command Console, Intelligent Alert Grouping, and Operations Health Management. Prior to PagerDuty, Justin was a research engineer who developed the first autonomous on-board Structural Health Management system for the Boeing 787, the automated hard landing detection system for the 777X, and structurally integrated arrays for military applications.
