Thanks for the article Philip. I can't help but think there are also some actions the remote employee could take in the 'Fix what's really broken' section. Sure, the organization needs to provide some frameworks to set things up for success, but the employee has a role to play too. What are your thoughts here?

Great to hear the article has got you thinking in a different way Jeff. I didn't specifically call it out in the article but the approach we are using is Content Marketing as Internal Communication. Thinking of what we do in this way has really changed how we do things because we are focusing on the value for the audience.
