Ankit, that's great. I'm glad it was helpful. I was in sales training for over 20 years, and I think helping companies understand that they have to be competitive in communication technology is important. I will be writing more about this in the future.

Another great article Sam. That "anxiety loop" reminds me of the "analysis paralysis" problem I learned many decades ago. Your explanation is far more detailed though.
Sometimes the anxiety comes because the issue itself is difficult, like removing someone from a particular assignment. They are stressful no matter what but must be done sometimes.
Also, I'm a big fan of "milestones" and Gantt charts to keep things moving forward. They are very helpful to me too.
