Totally agree. Apart from just communicating brand values, managers need to engage and establish conversations with customer facing employees. For global organizations, social media tools such as chatter, FB, Youtube etc offer excellent opportunity to achieve this in a very friendly manner.
Brands have to move towards conversations than mere communication.
