This a great overview of an exciting move to Linux. However, the title (probably not the author's title) is a little hyperbolic. There have been several shows to broadcast using Linux-only solutions, including The Source by Aaron Newcomb, Indiana Linux Fest by Matthew Williams, The Linux Links Tech Show at several Linux conferences, and many others. Maybe few have been as-well funded as this Jupiter company, but it's far from the first. I think this is an important point to make because Linux has been capable of, and used for, broadcasting for several years, so it's inaccurate to portray it as a new and recent development.
This is intentional. I prefer explicit arguments in commands, especially in context of a tutorial.
