This probably isn't the best place to ask this question. This is a poll.
That said, you probably want to look at something like this:

There are lots of certifications specializing in cloud technology, though, so check out the full offering.
I use Emacs, but I dabble with Ninja IDE. Quite nice, cross-platform, open source.
