Each year we invite our readers to share their thoughts with us about in our annual reader survey. This is our fourth year offering the survey and we encourage you to help us better understand what works, what doesn't, what you would like to see more of, and how we can continue to involve you in our community.

Our survey will be available through February 8, 2012. We estimate it will take you 5-10 minutes to complete and we very much appreciate your time.

Open source is about sharing, participation and collaboration, open exchange, and failing faster. It's about a community where everyone has access to the same information and the best ideas win. At, we operate under the idea that we can learn more from each other when information is open. We look forward to hearing from you, thanks!
